Descrição

• Manage and grow assigned accounts while concurrently seeking new vertical customers • Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer • Work effectively with internal personnel, create a strategic account plan, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce to meet or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets • Assess customer needs and generate resulting proposals, promoting our products and services in a timely manner • Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity within accounts • Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs) and contracts with the assistance of our legal department • Demonstrated strong controls applications intelligence, understanding of data center urgency, challenges, and unique mission critical requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• Highschool Diploma/GED • 5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical sales, project management, or solutions-based technical selling • Ability to travel 25-50% • Valid driving license • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) • Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, estimating or proposal software) to manage pipelines and drive results • Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales experience (preferred) • Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills • Collaboration skills for working in a team environment • Microsoft Office Suite • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to influence customer’s key decision makers.
