• Drive new business growth by prospecting, developing, and closing middle‑market accounts through consultative, value‑based selling. • Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals through a combination of new client acquisition and renewal of existing policies. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals from banks and insurance brokers, and strategic networking. • Develop a portfolio of clients aligned with Coface’s long‑term growth and retention objectives. • Sell complex financial solutions focused on credit risk mitigation, cash‑flow protection, and trade security. • Partner closely with internal teams (underwriting, risk, client services) to deliver best‑in‑class solutions and service. • Service and grow existing client relationships by monitoring programs, identifying coverage needs, and uncovering expansion opportunities. • Stay ahead of the market by tracking industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client risks. • Continuously sharpen your skills through formal training, workshops, and on‑the‑job development.
• A proven B2B sales professional with at least 3+ years of success selling trade credit solutions, financial, banking, insurance, or complex B2B solutions. • A confident hunter with strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and business‑development instincts. • Experienced selling to CFOs, Controllers, business owners, or senior decision‑makers. • Demonstrated ability to win new logos, grow accounts, and retain long‑term clients. • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑activity environment with clear goals and accountability. • Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business value. • Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while collaborating with a broader team. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Trade Credit Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. • Active P&C license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
