Descrição

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the US footprint, including newly acquired portfolio companies • Partner with functional leaders and portfolio company leadership to build hiring plans • Recruit for sales, operations, carrier representative, and other roles • Navigate state-to-state hiring complexities across multiple US metro markets • Build and maintain talent pipelines, particularly in logistics, transportation, and freight markets • Represent Dynamic Connections in the market and create an exceptional candidate experience • Own recruiting systems and tools, including ATS and job boards • Partner with the broader Talent team on an efficient handoff into onboarding

🎯 Requisitos

• 5-7+ years into your career in talent acquisition • Deep experience recruiting across multiple US metro markets • Understanding of state-to-state hiring complexities, including compliance, compensation benchmarking, and local market dynamics • Ability to work independently and own a full-cycle recruiting desk with minimal oversight • Experience hiring within logistics, transportation, or freight is a strong plus, though not required • Experience designing and executing recruitment strategies to access and close top talent • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to structure recruiting processes and manage internal and external stakeholders • Ability to navigate uncertainty, ambiguity, frequent change, and acquisition integrations • Self-directed, proactive, results-driven, and highly accountable
