Descrição

• Lead comprehensive full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through manager-level positions and temporary hires across the PPFA National Office • Manage job posting distribution, proactive sourcing, resume screening, structured interviewing, offer generation, and onboarding handoff • Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural addition • Coordinate panel interviews and prepare standardized selection materials • Execute recruitment workflows within established SLAs to reduce time-to-fill and optimize panel selection • Use Lever ATS and SuccessFactors HRIS; maintain recruitment analytics, candidate pipeline data, and KPIs • Coordinate background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding logistics with TA Operations • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies • Promote PPFA as an employer of choice through advertising platforms and candidate communications • Partner with hiring managers, lead intake sessions, provide pipeline updates, and guide data-driven selection decisions • Build diverse candidate pipelines through external networks, universities, community organizations, social media, referrals, and professional associations • Represent PPFA at career fairs, university sessions, industry conferences, and networking events • Foster relationships with hiring managers, candidates, PCE Business Partners, and TA Operations team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field required • Minimum 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience required • Experience managing 10–40+ open requisitions concurrently for professional, administrative, and specialized non-profit roles • Proficient user-level capacity with SuccessFactors, Lever, or other recruitment and candidate management systems required • Advanced knowledge of full-cycle recruitment strategies, proactive multi-channel sourcing, structured behavioral interviewing, and competitive talent market trends • Proficiency with Google Workspace or related software required • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to build creative sourcing channels and recruit diverse talent • Professional relationship-building approach required • Excellent time-management and multitasking ability required • Results-oriented and data-driven approach required • Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, industry trends, and hiring best practices preferred • APHR, PHR, SHRM, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR, CDR, TAS, or other HR/recruitment-related certificates are a plus • Proactive and independent with initiative preferred
