Descrição

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates • Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and create job postings • Conduct prescreening interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the offer process • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs • Engage with candidates to create a positive candidate experience • Coordinate new-hire onboarding and support new hires during integration • Support employer-branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice • Attend recruitment events and career fairs • Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal standards and internal policies • Track recruitment metrics, including time to hire and cost per hire, and prepare reports for leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required) • 8–10 years of experience • Certifications in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional) (preferred) • Computer literacy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience with recruitment software • Experience in digital recruitment • Experience in strategic recruitment • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment • Healthcare financial services knowledge
