Descrição

• Recruit transportation professionals in a civil engineering business environment across the northeastern and southeastern United States • Use professional experience and networks to source candidates for requisitions and build a talent pipeline • Work closely with business leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans • Target planning, engineering, and environmental consulting talent in the Transportation and Infrastructure business unit • Use industry knowledge, social media, Technical Operations, and mission-focused knowledge to identify candidates at peer and competitor companies • Research market conditions and industry trends related to competitors to support decision-making and position marketing • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, social media, search engines, Boolean searches, and niche job boards • Promote employer-brand messaging through LinkedIn groups, Glassdoor, and online forums • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions • Identify a high volume of qualified candidates for current and future needs • Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to address hard-to-fill positions • Ensure candidate-management database data integrity • Mine social media data to identify candidate profiles • Travel domestically to support events and business needs, up to 15%

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field is required • 7-10 years’ experience in the social digital and recruitment arena • 7-10 years’ experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other similar/related sourcing tools • 7-10 years’ sourcing technical talent across planning, engineering, and environmental consulting disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Transportation, Construction, and Water/Wastewater • 7-10 years’ experience defining and implementing research and sourcing strategies for critical positions • SHRM Cert Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR certification preferred • Intermediate-level leadership, problem-solving, MS Office Suite, organization, and critical thinking skills • Advanced-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Innovative, team player, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented behaviors • Required driver’s license • Industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, and user groups • Willingness/ability to undertake domestic travel up to 15%
