Descrição

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles across LATAM, from sourcing through offer acceptance • Run outbound sourcing for specialized and hard-to-fill roles • Screen and present candidates using structured evaluation • Manage client communication, including intake calls, candidate presentations, interview coordination, and feedback loops • Serve as the final quality check before candidates reach clients • Set and maintain recruiting standards, process design, and candidate criteria across active searches • Uphold process integrity with clients in line with MSA terms • Step into complex, senior, and high-stakes searches as needed • Coach and develop recruiters and sourcers • Manage workload distribution across the team • Own team metrics including pipeline coverage, time to first qualified candidate, submittal-to-interview rate, time to fill, offer acceptance, and 90-day retention • Hold the team accountable to targets and flag capacity or performance risks early • Write and own recruiting SOPs covering intake, sourcing, screening, presentation, offer, and handoff to onboarding • Design and maintain structured evaluation frameworks, scorecards, interview guides, and assessment criteria • Build and refine ATS workflows in Ashby, including pipeline stages, sequences, templates, and reporting • Set the working structure for external and project-based recruiters • Document recruiting processes for training and continuity

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years in recruitment, including at least 2 years running full-cycle searches independently • Experience leading a recruiting team; managed, coached, or directed recruiters • Track record of building recruiting processes from scratch, including SOPs, workflows, evaluation frameworks, and documentation • Hands-on recruiting experience in LATAM markets, especially Colombia • Strong outbound sourcing skills • Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken • Experience presenting candidates to and managing expectations with external clients or hiring managers • Hands-on experience with Ashby specifically preferred; experience with other modern ATS platforms still counts • Background in staffing, RPO, EOR, or agency recruiting preferred • Experience working with external, agency, or commission-based recruiters preferred • Track record placing specialized or senior roles preferred • Structured mindset preferred
