• Proven track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. • High School diploma or equivalent. • It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: • 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members. • 2+ years of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales. • Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience. • Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence) • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
