Descrição

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define target profiles, and develop sourcing strategies • Identify, research, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels • Conduct outreach and follow-up with prospective candidates while communicating HiddenLayer's mission and opportunities • Build and maintain organized talent pipelines in Greenhouse • Document outreach, candidate information, and next steps • Manage relationships and administrative responsibilities related to external recruiters • Coordinate searches, track activity, maintain records, and support communication and follow-up • Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition updates, reporting, and other recruiting administrative tasks • Share market insights, track outreach results, and recommend new tools, channels, and approaches • HiddenLayer protects valuable technologies from adversarial AI attacks through an AI security platform

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple searches, priorities, and follow-ups in a fast-moving remote environment • Comfortable learning and using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, spreadsheets, Slack, and scheduling platforms • Resourceful and curious, with ability to research talent markets and find hard-to-reach candidates • Ability to adapt sourcing strategies based on results • Collaborative, service-oriented approach with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting partners • Ability to handle confidential candidate and company information with discretion and sound judgment • Prior recruiting or sourcing experience is nice to have • Experience in recruiting coordination, talent research, customer service, sales, or another high-volume relationship-focused role is valuable • Available to commit to a six-month contract, with possible extension based on business needs and performance
