Descrição

• Own the full implementation process for customers on the top-tier onboarding package • Manage accurate and complete data migration from clients’ existing systems into the platform • Configure platform automations and workflows to match each client’s operational setup • Ensure the platform is fully set up and validated before handoff • Program manage migration from kickoff through go-live • Keep clients on track and informed throughout implementation • Train client technicians and field crews on day-to-day platform use • Coordinate timelines, action items, and dependencies across client teams and internal resources • Flag and resolve risks or blockers before they delay implementation • Conduct business process discovery covering quoting, contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and crew dispatch • Map existing workflows to the platform and configure them accordingly • Identify gaps or customization needs and coordinate with the product team • Document client configurations and implementation decisions • Serve as primary client contact through implementation and early adoption • Monitor client usage and proactively address operational issues • Gather feedback and surface product improvement opportunities

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience in SaaS implementation, customer success management, or professional services delivery • Strong understanding of field service business operations including quoting, contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and crew dispatch • Background in or significant exposure to field service, dispatch-based, or trade service industries such as pool maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, aquatic management, or similar • Excellent project management and program management skills • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote environment • Prior experience working inside a field service company or managing dispatch operations is nice to have • Experience managing data migrations from legacy systems into new SaaS platforms is nice to have • Background in software implementation or professional services for small and medium-sized businesses is nice to have • Familiarity with CRM, project management, or customer success tools is nice to have • Availability during US business hours is required • Updated resume required • 1 to 2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing relevant experience and a complex client onboarding is required; only candidates who submit one proceed
