Descrição

• Serve as the data analytics lead and trusted advisor for one or more OEM clients • Apply analytical expertise and industry knowledge to support automotive quality and warranty reduction decisions • Analyze industry trends using advanced business intelligence tools such as Palantir and Tableau • Perform complex data manipulation and develop repeatable, scalable analyses • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for client decision-making • Serve as the primary customer success analyst for assigned OEM clients • Help clients leverage JD Power data and analytics to generate high-value insights • Identify opportunities and solutions supporting warranty benchmarking, reduction, and root cause analysis • Act as a subject matter expert on U.S. automotive quality and warranty reduction • Produce in-depth analyses of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and OEM warranty strategies • Lead client discussions, including onboarding and training for new product users • Develop and deliver presentations demonstrating the value of JD Power’s data and services • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in automotive product planning, quality, product development, retail sales, reporting, consulting, or data and analytics roles • Bachelor’s degree • Proven ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience creating and delivering presentations to executive-level audiences • Strong interest in and general understanding of trends within the automotive industry • Willingness to travel domestically within the US for on-site consultation up to 60% of the time • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered • JD Power does not provide employment sponsorship for this position • Preferred: Experience using Palantir Foundry • Preferred: Master’s degree or higher • Preferred: Experience with Python, Spark and SQL • Preferred: Experience bringing together data sets across multiple sources, with multiple dimensions and layers of complexity • Preferred: Previous leadership experience in past role
