Descrição

• Support JLL’s Integrated Facility Management group on an account-based team • Lead the operation teams responsible for managing client facilities • Manage and resolve client escalations within assigned regional facilities • Ensure quality delivery of Facility Management Operations and support other JLL service lines • Ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including uptime, cost savings, energy reduction, service improvements, and best-practice implementation • Lead efficient operation and maintenance of steam, chilled water, and compressed-air utility systems • Analyze trends and data to anticipate and proactively address client-environment issues • Interface with client senior management, vendors, and personnel across the organization • Use data and analytics to communicate solutions and support decision-making • Conduct planned inspections to assure service quality • Supervise JLL Engineering personnel • Monitor work requests from JLL, the client, and vendors • Improve vendor quality and service while reducing costs; hold vendors accountable to contract scope • Develop and maintain positive client relationships; resolve conflicts, complaints, and service issues • Manage routine touchpoints with regional client teams • Provide contract compliance management and quality control • Assist with JLL Engineering compliance program and ensure applicable codes, specifications, standards, policies, and regulations are followed • Manage project and operations budgets • Prepare detailed scopes of work, project costs, and regular and ad-hoc reports

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience • Proven experience managing a team • Strong technical knowledge of building systems • Ability to multitask and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Familiarity with applicable codes and specifications • Ability to manage budgets for projects and operations • Experience preparing scopes of work, project costs, and regular and ad-hoc reports
