Descrição

• Hire, supervise, and mentor Project Managers • Promote ownership, collaboration, and disciplined execution across project teams • Directly lead 6 to 8 Project Managers and indirectly oversee Project Engineers, Site Construction Managers, and administrative support staff • Lead final development stages to finalize EPC contracts • Ensure project teams are staffed and supported to achieve milestones • Establish and maintain project controls, reporting standards, forecasting practices, and SOPs across assigned projects • Develop and approve project budgets and procurement strategies with Pre-Construction, Project Managers, and Engineering • Provide executive oversight of procurement strategies for project alignment, risk mitigation, and commercial outcomes • Oversee major supplier and subcontractor bid reviews • Review and approve cost reports, forecasts, and major change orders • Partner with executive leadership to mitigate commercial risk and resolve major project or vendor/subcontractor issues • Oversee client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships • Maintain accountability for project financials, safety, quality, schedule, and overall success • Review and approve project schedules, notifications, letters, payments, change-order pricing, negotiations, and finalization • Protect and develop CoVolt Power’s reputation and client relationships

🎯 Requisitos

• Executive-level leadership and decision-making experience • Construction experience required across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, including medium to high voltage • Demonstrated success in a senior Project or Portfolio leadership role • Experience hiring, supervising, and mentoring Project Managers • Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple complex projects • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written skills • Deep knowledge of EPC contracts, change management, negotiation, and claims resolution • Strong construction financial reporting and forecasting acumen, including portfolio-level financial and risk management • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications • Strong computer skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam/Adobe, MS Project, and Vista • Outstanding time management, planning, and prioritization skills • Ability and inclination to research and self-teach unfamiliar subject matter • College degree required; bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred • 10+ years of demonstrated success in Construction or High Voltage Substation or Transmission and Distribution Project Management • Experience hiring, supervising, and mentoring Project Managers • PE License candidates preferred • Must comply with the interview policy prohibiting AI note-takers, recording devices, and real-time transcription software
