Descrição

• Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in dermatology • Develop and maintain relationships with current and future industry experts, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Biologic Coordinators • Build and manage Key Opinion Leader relationships across selected districts • Organize and manage KOL activities and events supporting the brand’s KOL engagement strategy • Identify and vet promotional speakers • Coach promotional speakers and manage communications with them • Lead or partner with home office-based teams to develop and deliver marketing and educational programs • Represent the Tremfya and ICOTYDE Dermatology brands • Drive healthcare innovation across the Southeast region of the United States • Travel up to 60% locally and regionally, including evening events, overnight stays, and weekend travel

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 7 years of related industry experience • 2+ years of people management or project management experience • Concentration in biotechnology sales or marketing, preferably in medical dermatology therapeutic markets • Experience managing and growing customer relationships • Demonstrated track record of success and leadership • Excellent communication and ability to convey insights and ideas effectively • Ability to analyze complex business situations and identify creative solutions • Experience in vendor management • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time is preferred • Candidates should reside within the Southeast region and be within a reasonable distance of a major airport • Ability to undertake up to 60% local/regional travel, including evening events, overnight stays, and weekend travel
