Descrição

• Recruit patients for multiple clinical studies • Administer prescreening surveys and phone screens to identify eligible patients • Schedule screening visits for currently enrolling and upcoming studies • Build and develop the site’s patient database • Identify and implement new patient recruitment methods • Contact new potential patients and maintain contact with patients in the database • Identify patients from the internal database who may qualify for new trials • Help identify studies patients may qualify for and schedule initial visits at facilities • Maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and visit outcomes • Follow up with patients as necessary • Understand assigned studies by reading protocols and resource materials and attending trainings • Perform other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to complete training and follow study protocol • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task throughout the day • Detail-oriented and self-motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to interact with a diverse patient population • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Background in psychology, health sciences, or a related field preferred, or relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
