Descrição

• Partner with corporate department leaders and retail field leadership to identify hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies • Proactively source and engage talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and networking events • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for immediate and future needs • Develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques • Cultivate relationships within the organization and hiring community to influence the recruiting and hiring process • Track recruiting trends, platforms, and innovations to maintain strategic advantage • Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the recruitment process • Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, supporting effective and unbiased selection • Promote equal opportunity, diversity, and an inclusive culture • Represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, and community activities • Create job postings and recruitment marketing content for diverse audiences • Elevate employer brand awareness and reputation to attract talent and increase applicant volume • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure employment-law and policy compliance • Track recruitment metrics, measure effectiveness, and recommend process improvements • Develop and deliver recruiting and hiring presentations and trainings for internal Associates • Assist the team and management with projects and tasks as needed • Perform other reasonable duties requested by management

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or related recruitment experience • 3+ years of recruiting experience across all levels in corporate and retail environments required • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of open roles simultaneously • Experience capturing metrics and producing employment reports • Experience with sourcing through the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, and job postings • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and external job boards • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize responsibilities with appropriate urgency, listen, solve problems, anticipate issues, and make effective decisions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and build trust at all levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to meet or exceed KPIs, goals, and deadlines while exemplifying Lovesac values • Must comply with Lovesac Employee Handbook policies and work collaboratively with employees and clients • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation for mandatory meetings, conferences, company events, vendor visits, and other required activities • Must be able to travel up to 25% of each month for recruiting events, job fairs, campus visits, and in-person recruitment • Must fully reside in the United States throughout employment • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
