Descrição

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets for bookings, profitability, and market share. • Establish measurable annual and ongoing goals for bookings and market growth within the assigned territory. • Collaborate with internal sales teams to determine pricing strategies and project schedules that secure bookings while maximizing profitability. • Partner with other Regional Sales Managers to prioritize opportunities based on profitability, resource availability, and operational capacity. • Lead the commercial aspects of new and existing accounts, including negotiation of commercial terms and conditions in accordance with company guidelines. • Assess customer business needs and recommend the most effective solutions and service offerings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors at major accounts. • Ensure timely communication and successful delivery of products, services, and digital solutions. • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for assigned accounts and monitor performance against targets. • Analyze market data, industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and business planning.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software or digital solutions sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite leadership. • Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage complex sales opportunities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commercial contracts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business software tools.
