• Grow and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and construction professionals • Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and market share goals • Optimize local distribution and drive brand presence in the region • Conduct Joint Business Planning meetings with regional leadership and distributors • Deliver engaging product presentations

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of outside sales experience in the building materials industry • Experience with pull-through selling, influencing product selection at the contractor and builder level • Valid state-issued driver’s license and access to reliable transportation • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
