Descrição

• Learn and become an expert in Murmuration’s full suite of product offerings, including Organizer, related third-party tools, and data • Develop an in-depth understanding of partners and their work to deliver tailored support aligned with their goals and programmatic needs • Manage a portfolio of Campaign and Organizer service-level partners • Implement onboarding plans for new partners and maintain plans for current partners • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, collaborating with internal teams when needed • Develop and inform support plans for dedicated partners • Develop and maintain online support documentation and help resources • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout their platform experience • Manage weekly or bi-weekly meetings with campaign partners and an internal pod supporting the partner portfolio • Facilitate trainings for partners on Murmuration’s product offerings • Identify project-based opportunities to collaborate with and support partner organizations through additional products and services • Lead cross-functional work to ensure timely delivery of services to campaign partners • Maintain a process for collecting partner feedback related to tool use, evaluation, and action • Develop best-practice resources to help partners maximize value from Murmuration’s tools • Guide partners from onboarding through ongoing adoption of Organizer to help them plan and execute campaigns successfully • Help partners utilize analytic tools and supports developed by Data and Data Science Teams

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience building and managing strong relationships with partner organizations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders • Excellent problem-solving skills • Experience supporting teams, products, or ideas to develop and manage outputs across multiple divisions or streams of work • Excellent project planning and management skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces • Strong facilitation skills, including trainings and meetings • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with data and the need for data quality and hygiene • Experience with electoral or advocacy campaigns • Interest in politics and/or community-focused policy work • Nice to have: Past experience with Salesforce and/or political data software such as NGP VAN, NationBuilder, or PDI • Nice to have: Experience working with diverse organizations and individuals • Nice to have: Proven track record of successful team and/or cross-functional project management • Nice to have: Experience working with data-driven organizations
