Descrição

• Identify and recruit strong marketing talent • Support marketers throughout their experience with MyMarketer • Build community and engagement inside the team • Support MyMarketer University workshops and internal education • Improve hiring and people systems as the company grows • Review applications and source marketing candidates • Communicate with applicants and coordinate interviews • Help evaluate candidates and create or improve hiring assignments • Support the virtual community and organize team engagement activities • Celebrate wins and milestones • Host brainstorms, clubs, coffee chats, and virtual events • Create ways for marketers to learn from each other • Coordinate MyMarketer University workshops • Organize recordings and resources • Source marketing and AI ideas • Update the Knowledge Hub • Support internal documentation and playbooks • Assist with onboarding and track milestones • Follow up with team members • Maintain organized internal systems • Support recurring operational workflows

🎯 Requisitos

• Based in Mexico • Advanced English (Writing, Speaking, and Comprehension) • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Recruiting, Community Management, Marketing Operations, or Agency Account Coordination • Fast home Internet • A personal computer • Comfortable with AI • Organized • Proactive • Warm and people-oriented • Strong communicator • Comfortable managing details • Excited about marketing • Energized by helping others grow • Bonus: experience recruiting marketers or creatives • Bonus: experience working in an agency or marketing company • Bonus: experience managing community spaces or events • Bonus: experience with Trello, Google Workspace, or AI tools
