Descrição

• Develop the enterprise sales and go-to-market strategy for agentic products • Identify priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market • Leverage an established enterprise relationship network and build connections with decision-makers • Own the sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements • Understand customer workflows, business priorities, and AI-agent deployment requirements • Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and compelling offerings • Define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures • Test commercial assumptions through customer conversations and deals • Build a repeatable path from experimentation to production and broader adoption • Establish pipeline discipline and communicate market feedback • Help prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential • Work closely with the CTO, product, and engineering teams to shape the offering and go-to-market approach

🎯 Requisitos

• 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience • Track record of closing complex agreements and building trusted executive relationships • Meaningful startup experience, including building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers • Established network of buyers in enterprise commerce, retail, services, or regulated industries • Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value • Direct involvement in product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams • Strong customer discovery skills and judgment to distinguish repeatable market opportunities from one-off requests • Hands-on experience prospecting, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and evolving products • Employment contingent upon successful background check, potentially including employment history, education credentials, and criminal history verification • Nice to have: experience selling AI agents, commerce platforms, payments, trust and security products, or enterprise workflow software • Nice to have: familiarity with shopping, returns and refunds, reservations, ticketing, or insurance servicing customer journeys • Nice to have: experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and controlled or regulated workflows • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is located
