Descrição

• Own the primary outcome: net new member and customer growth for Nymbus Labs launch brands • Architect a go-to-market strategy and build demand from scratch • Own the full acquisition strategy for paid, owned, and earned media • Drive net new member and customer growth for Nymbus Labs launch brands • Serve as the strategic authority on GTM and acquisition investment across the funnel • Translate client business goals into measurable acquisition strategies • Develop proactive recommendations that anticipate client needs

🎯 Requisitos

• 6+ years of experience in acquisition marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing • Full-funnel expertise: you've built brand awareness for brands launching without equity • Performance marketing orientation: you think in CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate tradeoffs • GTM strategy depth: you've architected launch plans with competitive positioning and measurable net new acquisition outcomes • Hands-on media fluency: experience with paid search, paid social, and programmatic • Strong analytical skills: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, and platform-native analytics • AI-native operator who uses AI actively in planning, research, analysis, and reporting • Client-facing credibility: advising at the executive level, managing multiple brands simultaneously • Equally fluent in B2C and B2B • Highly autonomous: sets direction, identifies problems, and drives solutions without waiting for instruction • Financial services or fintech experience is a plus.
