Descrição

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding • Proactively source qualified candidates for armed and unarmed security officers, patrol, loss prevention, firewatch, and other security-related positions • Review applications and resumes, conduct phone/video screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications, reliability, professionalism, and role fit • Verify required licenses, certifications, training, work authorization, and other eligibility requirements • Create and maintain job postings across relevant job boards, recruiting platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels • Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline, track applicants and recruiting activity, and conduct consistent follow-ups • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, documentation, scheduling, and onboarding activities while maintaining accurate candidate records • Develop sourcing strategies to meet staffing demands for commercial and residential security operations and support company growth

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 5+ years of professional recruiting experience • Preferably experience recruiting for security, protective services, staffing, or high-volume operational positions • Understanding of security officer roles, including armed/unarmed security, patrol, loss prevention, firewatch, and related licensing or certification requirements • Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, direct outreach, referrals, and other recruiting channels • Strong communication, interviewing, follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously • High discretion, attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information, background-check documentation, and hiring decisions
