Descrição

• Own the North America marketing plan, budget, and pipeline number, reporting results directly to executive leadership • Partner with regional Sales leadership • Drive pipeline generation through integrated digital, field, partner, and account-based marketing programs • Translate global messaging and product launches into regional campaigns for local buyers and industries • Feed regional market insight and customer feedback into global marketing strategy • Lead cross-functional planning with Shared Services, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Customer Success • Run regional events, webinars, and customer engagement programs • Manage agencies and vendors as needed • Build the North America marketing function largely from the ground up and shape how it scales

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience marketing enterprise software into GRC, cybersecurity, enterprise risk, TPRM, operational resilience, or a closely adjacent market • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience • Regional or field marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology business • Direct accountability for pipeline and commercial outcomes • Strong grasp of modern B2B demand generation across digital, field, and ABM channels • Track record partnering with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and executive leadership on regional go-to-market strategies • Experience using marketing technology, CRM, and analytics platforms to optimize performance • HubSpot and Salesforce experience highly desirable • Private equity-backed, high-growth SaaS experience is a strong plus • US work rights
