Descrição

• Own and evolve the marketing data platform, including the BigQuery warehouse and dbt-based transformations. • Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines connecting diverse data sources. • Design, build, and deploy applications and AI agents on Google Cloud. • Develop AI-powered tools that automate Marketing and Product workflows and enable self-service automation. • Apply AI to automate data-engineering work. • Uphold Git-based version control, code review, semantic versioning, automated testing, and CI/CD practices. • Own data security and governance, including IAM, secret management, PII handling, BigQuery row/column-level security, and AI guardrails. • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Marketing Operations, Data Analysts, and BI specialists. • Resolve data discrepancies through root-cause analysis. • Shape the marketing technology and AI platform stack according to strategic priorities. • Assess and mitigate delivery, quality, stability, and performance risks. • Serve as a subject-matter expert in data architecture, AI application engineering, and marketing technology. • Provide technical guidance and architectural expertise across initiatives.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of data engineering experience, with breadth into software and/or AI application development. • Strong software-engineering fundamentals, including Git-based workflows, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD. • Hands-on experience deploying applications on Google Cloud, such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, or GKE. • Experience with Docker containerization and infrastructure-as-code, such as Terraform. • Experience building and deploying AI/LLM applications and agents, such as Vertex AI, Agent Builder, LangChain, or LangGraph. • Experience with API design, such as FastAPI, and evaluating AI system reliability. • Expertise in SQL and Python. • Proven experience designing and implementing batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating with APIs. • Required experience with BigQuery and dbt. • Solid understanding of data-warehouse modelling concepts. • Working knowledge of IAM/least-privilege, secret management, and sensitive/PII data handling. • Experience in cloud environments; GCP preferred, with AWS/Azure an asset. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with Fivetran and marketing software categories is a plus. • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus. • Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship. • Successful candidates are subject to pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check.
