Descrição

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Assign and coordinate responsibilities among SoftSnow and client team members. • Develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps for AI services delivery. • Conduct weekly calls to discuss status updates, performance insights, and project progress. • Address client concerns, questions, and requests in a timely and professional manner. • Present updated plans for upcoming activities and milestones. • Strategize and plan with client and vendor resources to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. • Manage intra-week communications to maintain project momentum. • Translate technical AI concepts into business value propositions that resonate with client stakeholders. • Provide strategic recommendations to clients enabling up-sell opportunities. • Monitor project health and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. • Act as a thought leader, bringing innovation and creative ideas to clients.

🎯 Requisitos

• Education: Bachelor's degree required. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or project management. • Experience working in technology consulting or implementation services. • Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is a plus. • Background in managing client relationships and expectations in complex project environments. • Experience developing and presenting strategic roadmaps and implementation plans. • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation. • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Skills in expectation management and stakeholder alignment. • Basic understanding of AI concepts and business applications. • Basic understanding of sales strategies.
