Descrição

• You will handle guest inquiries and reservations for our 11 STAYERY locations across Germany. • You will support our guests during arrival and throughout their stay via email, phone, WhatsApp and various booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com). • You will coordinate and manage guest data in our reservation system Apaleo (similar to OPERA). • You will ensure smooth operations while working shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays between 07:00 and 22:00. • You will work closely with other teams and have the opportunity to actively help shape processes.

🎯 Requisitos

• You come from a fast-paced customer support role and are eager to work in the hospitality industry. • Ideally, you already have experience in hospitality or the tourism sector. • You enjoy communicating with guests, like speaking on the phone and remain relaxed and professional in every conversation. • You are willing to come to Berlin for approximately one month for your onboarding. • Of course, you will be accommodated by STAYERY for this period. • You live in Germany (working from abroad is not possible) and want to start with us full-time. • You speak and write fluent German and English.
