Descrição

• Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships, the Regional Director is a customer-facing role responsible for cultivating new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and promoting high-quality program engagements. • This position requires occasional travel (up to 40%) to support customer meetings, conferences, and events. • Qualifying leads, generating opportunities, and advancing them through the sales cycle. • Ensure educators receive high-quality professional learning experiences.

🎯 Requisitos

• Location: Remote (United States). • A bachelor’s degree is required (field open); an advanced degree is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience required; preference for supervisory, sales, or large-scale project leadership background. • A successful track record of quota attainment that exceeds $2 million annually. • Commitment to UnboundEd’s organizational values and mission. • A learning orientation and dedication to equity and inclusion. • Knowledge of urban school environments. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while building strong cross-geography relationships. • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to contribute to a highly engaged team. • Entrepreneurial drive and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, and collaboration tools such as Slack.
