Descrição

• Source and screen applicants for Verisma’s growing workforce • Maintain applicant and hiring records in the applicant tracking database (ATS) • Work with company leaders regarding recruiting needs, candidate recommendations, and process updates • Communicate with staffing partners to support applicant flow • Coordinate and conduct in-person, phone, and video interviews • Provide detailed and timely documentation on conversations • Utilize technology across multiple systems to support recruitment initiatives • Coordinate pre-employment references, background checks, and drug screening • Prepare offer letters and new hire correspondence • Prepare and post job postings • Participate in weekly recruiting meetings with pipeline challenges, staffing updates, and problem-resolution strategies • Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, and Training departments to facilitate new hire onboarding • Communicate new hire information and orchestrate the onboarding process • Promote a positive company culture and Verisma’s Core Values • Perform other duties as required by business needs

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred • 0-2 years’ experience managing the hiring process for a fast-paced organization • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail • Impeccable organizational skills • Pleasant demeanor promoting a positive workforce and culture • Collaborative nature • Flexible personality • Comfortable communicator able to ask difficult questions • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude • Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information • Fluency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS or ATS • Experience with a rapid and complex ever-changing work environment • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
