Descrição

• Lead the Employer and Health Plan customer segments, including Implementation • Grow and evaluate systems, processes, and people to support customer growth • Grow and manage revenue from the existing book of business • Provide high-level service and communicate treatment impact and cost savings to customers • Develop and deepen relationships with executives at major employer and health plan clients • Partner with customers on program goals, KPIs, and Virta ROI • Manage and mentor Client Success and Implementation managers • Drive team efficiency and organizational scaling • Accelerate account expansions and renewals; identify renewal risks and implement remediation plans • Grow client size through product adoption and improved member participation • Partner with Patient Marketing to drive access and best-practice adoption • Advocate for customers across Operations and Product teams • Refine customer and patient experiences, including launches, onboarding, enrollment, and billing • Define, grow, and manage the Client Success team, processes, and infrastructure • In the first 90 days, learn the product and value proposition, understand the customer base, develop a growth strategy, build internal relationships, and connect with key customers

🎯 Requisitos

• 15+ years of experience in Commercial Leadership, specifically within healthcare and focused on both large employers and health plans • Track record of implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through expansion and account retention • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and industry trends • Experience scaling a Client Success organization and managing/mentoring growing teams • Experience managing and growing other people leaders • Ability to proactively problem solve and drive new initiatives • Strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication, project leadership and interpersonal skills • Ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally within an ever-evolving, fast-paced company • Proven track record of architecting durable AI systems that solve cross-functional challenges and deliver measurable improvements to business efficiency • Ability to follow Virta’s security and privacy procedures for HIPAA-governed patient information • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States
