• Assist with job posting and advertising on various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels. • Source and screen resumes/CVs to identify qualified candidates for open positions, conducting initial phone screens as needed. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. • Prepare interview materials and logistics, including interview schedules, candidate assessments, and video conference setups. • Assist with candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), tracking progress and status changes. • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Technical Requirements: Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs; RAM: 16 GB minimum; 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min); USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally).
