📋 Description

• Develop a scalable and repeatable outbound sales pipeline focused on cold calling. • Understand customer objections and recommend tailored solutions effectively. • Prepare customized proposals and close agreements through strategic cold outreach. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying upselling and reselling opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM. • Consistently achieve your KPIs/sales quotas through relentless cold-calling efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully sold directly to home service businesses (bonus if you currently own or have previously owned a home service business!). • Proven track record as a cold calling expert, with demonstrated success in building your outreach sequences. • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. • Proactive problem-solving abilities complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
