📋 Description

• Author original multiple-choice business questions testing deep business understanding • Develop challenging problems across strategy, operations, supply chain, product management, sustainability, and digital marketing • Ensure questions are self-contained, precise, unambiguous, and independently solvable • Design questions for undergraduate, advanced undergraduate, and postgraduate difficulty levels • Produce one correct answer and nine plausible distractors per question • Review pre-written questions for accuracy, clarity, rigour, completeness, and solvability • Identify flawed assumptions, ambiguity, analytical errors, and other issues • Edit questions and answer choices and document substantive changes • Verify correct answers using business theory, quantitative reasoning, or professional practice • Develop assessment content covering logistics, procurement, inventory, distribution, supply chain management, optimisation, decision analysis, resource allocation, operational modelling, product strategy, sustainability, digital marketing, and commercial strategy • Provide academic references where required and develop structured solution explanations • Rate question difficulty and maintain consistent analytical and academic quality • Contribute to gold-standard evaluation materials for advanced AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, DBA, or current doctoral candidacy in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline • MBA or other Master's degree may be considered for candidates with exceptional expertise in a relevant subdomain • Strong command of graduate-level business strategy, organisational theory, and quantitative methods • Expertise in one or more areas including Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Sustainability, Management Analysis, Product Management, Business Strategy, or Digital Marketing • Strong ability to analyse complex business scenarios and evaluate competing strategic approaches • Excellent written English and ability to communicate sophisticated business concepts clearly and precisely • Academic research publications are highly valued • Senior industry experience in business, operations, product, strategy, supply chain, or marketing is advantageous • University-level teaching, examination development, or academic assessment experience is highly valued • Strong attention to analytical precision, commercial realism, and evidence quality • Part-time independent contractor engagement • Expected availability of at least 10 hours per week • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
