📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives • Manage a seven-figure annual funding target and optimize funding across sales opportunities • Advise internal teams and external stakeholders on Microsoft partner programs • Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions • Support joint go-to-market execution and drive sales readiness • Manage and facilitate Rhythm of Business engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders • Support senior Microsoft and channel relationships, funding mechanisms, and pipeline and performance reviews • Track programs, funding, and pipeline stages in Salesforce, including follow-ups, documentation, and reporting • Coordinate partner engagement with clients, Sales, Delivery, and internal project managers • Navigate escalations and support key partner and channel relationships • Act as a trusted execution partner to alliance directors and leadership • Identify operational challenges and process bottlenecks • Recommend, implement, and document process improvements • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to Alliance Specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred • Experience using a CRM system; Salesforce preferred • Strong analytical problem-solving ability • Experience working in a consulting or sales environment • Passion for cloud technologies and desire for continuous learning • Ability to maintain multiple deadlines with various stakeholders while delivering consistent results • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated experience maintaining a high degree of client focus • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
