📋 Description

• Ensure members derive maximum value from the 3i platform • Set the regional strategy for member engagement and growth across Southern California • Serve as the voice of regional members and partner with the 3i HQ team and Regional Executive Director • Manage onboarding for new members • Conduct quarterly member check-ins • Connect members with investing groups, events, masterminds, curated introductions, deal diligence calls, and other products • Connect members with the 3i investment team and relevant deals • Ensure positive member experiences and membership renewals • Drive referral-based network growth and qualify and engage referrals • Run a high-touch sales process to close prospects • Build relationships with prominent people in the region • Set event and engagement strategies for Orange County, San Diego, and Santa Barbara • Plan and execute community-building events, including selecting themes, curating attendees, and hosting • Facilitate curated meals and host larger events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the financial or investment industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High emotional intelligence • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Willingness to regularly travel for in-person meetings and events across Southern California and sometimes to other cities • Passion for community, building relationships, and helping people succeed
