📋 Description

• Facilitate communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status, requirements clarity, and delivery recommendations • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira/Confluence • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions with engineering and QA • Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the BX platform • Support UAT planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off • Produce BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case diagrams • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities

🎯 Requirements

• Elicit and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders in a software product environment • Author user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation to a high standard • Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence • Support UAT planning and execution, serving as a liaison between business and QA teams • Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack/Teams • Ability to produce user stories, BRDs, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and use cases • Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) preferred • 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • English proficiency • CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification desired • Familiarity with API concepts and ability to review technical specifications • Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges
