📋 Description

• Responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across the Romania region • Act as a key talent advisor to the business, source exceptional candidates, and ensure superior hiring experience • Contribute to strategic TA projects that support the company’s rapid growth in Europe • Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in HR is an advantage • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced corporate or tech environment • Proven track record hiring for Software Engineering/Product/Design roles in Romania or Europe • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and Romanian talent market dynamics • Fluent English (mandatory); Romanian proficiency preferred
