📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations independently as Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert • Manage implementations for sophisticated private market investors across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Real Estate, and other strategies • Develop, refine, and train the team on implementation best practices • Create and maintain implementation artifacts to drive successful client outcomes • Monitor customer health and engagement and address potential issues proactively • Collaborate with product development teams to create and enhance portfolio monitoring and valuation features • Partner with clients to optimize data strategies and integrate technology stacks • Deliver high-quality client-facing materials explaining complex project requirements • Work with leadership to improve implementation and client onboarding experiences • Partner with technology and SME teams to develop algorithms and workflows that automate critical tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree • 2 to 5 years of experience in professional services within financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or related industries • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies • Proven track record of independently managing complex client projects • Knowledge of Private Equity and Private Credit valuation methodologies is highly beneficial • Strong critical thinking and time management abilities • Ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines • Self-motivated with commitment to continuous learning, growth, and performance excellence • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to create and deliver audience-tailored presentations • Working knowledge of APIs and SQL is advantageous • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Power BI • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong collaboration abilities
