📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders and teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities • Translate business needs into practical AI automation solutions • Redesign processes by eliminating unnecessary steps and creating scalable workflows • Prototype, test, and launch AI-powered automations using LLMs, agents, and related tools • Integrate existing systems through APIs and automation platforms • Document solutions and establish processes and guardrails • Enable teams to adopt, use, and maintain implemented solutions • Measure time saved, capacity created, and efficiency gains • Drive projects from opportunity identification through implementation, iteration, and impact measurement • Report to the CTO

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of shipping and maintaining implemented solutions, not just prototypes • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar • Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, access controls, sensitive-information handling, and AI safeguards • Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions • Experience connecting systems through APIs • Proficiency with Python or a similar programming language • Proficiency with SQL and databases • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar • Familiarity with Git, Vercel, Railway, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with workflow orchestration or RPA tools • Familiarity with data pipelines or BI tooling • Restaurant technology or vertical SaaS experience is an advantage
