📋 Description

• Serve as the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions • Work remotely from a home office as an inside sales representative • Take inbound, pre-screened leads while adhering to an assigned shift and schedule • Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families • Educate families on customized senior care options • Match families with suitable senior living communities and home care providers • Refer families to communities and schedule tours to drive move-ins • Act as liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the 4-week new hire training program • Reach daily production benchmarks for inbound calls and outbound return calls • Deliver an empathetic and exceptional family experience

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center • History of exceeding sales targets • Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer • Strong computer and typing skills • Word and Excel proficiency • Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system • Ability to work a 40-hour schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis • Availability for regularly scheduled evenings and weekends, and some holiday shifts • Authorization to work in the US • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
