📋 Description

• Responsible for start-up and commissioning and post-start-up field services primarily within the data center market. • Execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions. • Ensure customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectation(s). • Display clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility. • Troubleshoot equipment/systems/process failures, request proactive corrective actions, and recommend solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 5 years of hands-on electrical/electronics engineering experience; OR associate degree/trade certification with 3 years of experience; OR bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience; OR high school diploma/GED with 3 years of equivalent work or military experience servicing critical power equipment. • Must be knowledgeable of the National Electrical Code (NEC), Safety Codes and Regulations and QA (Local & National). • Proven analytical and quality improvement ability. • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, Google suite of products (Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Slides). • Preference will be given to candidates with experience on Emerson RX3i etc. and Proficy Machine edition, ABB AC500 PLC and Automation Builder software, CP600 HMI and Panelbuilder software, and/or well as Zenon for HMIs and Cimplicity software, Woodward Easygen and LSS, Computer networking skills, wire shark and IED scout, relay testing and configuration experience (Siemens, ABB REX640, SSC600, REF615, REG615, SEL, Multilin), and RTAC configuration. • Must be fluent both written and conversational in the English Language.
