📋 Description

• Promote and sell CoolSculpting capital equipment, consumables, and new body-contouring innovations • Achieve sales and utilization quotas in the assigned territory • Penetrate territories, identify accounts, and grow the customer base • Train, present to, and demonstrate products for healthcare providers • Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, safety, and customer needs • Support customer marketing strategies, practice integration, and staff training • Support regional training workshops and tradeshows • Plan sales calls and manage time to maximize customer contact and service • Complete business plans, expense reports, territory profiles, customer database updates, Veeva updates, and data entry • Maintain industry and competitive product knowledge • Build effective relationships across the organization • Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines • Communicate with sales leadership on territory and regional matters, including sales and sample forecasting • Prepare sales contracts, quotes, pricing, and terms according to company guidelines • Follow up on CoolSculpting capital equipment inquiries • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher required • 2–4 years of demonstrated success selling medical products, services, and capital equipment to healthcare providers preferred • Demonstrated success selling capital equipment preferred but not required • Direct customer experience with the aesthetic industry, dermatology, and plastic surgeon audiences preferred • Proven ability to provide high customer service and support for CoolSculpting and body-contouring practice integration • Experience with consumables and device sales preferred • Effective oral and written communication with all employee levels in English • French proficiency is an asset • High accountability, reliability, and responsiveness • Valid driver’s license issued by the province of residence and good driving record required • Ability to travel up to 70%, including multi-overnight stays, tradeshows, and corporate/training meetings • Positive attitude and passion for the aesthetic field
