📋 Description

• Lead Absorb's core product management organization • Translate company strategy and prioritized bets into shipped outcomes, pod-level roadmaps, and measurable results • Set the product team's strategic focus to maximize customer and business value • Build, lead, mentor, and scale the product management team across flexible, specialized pods • Develop Product Managers' strategic capabilities and create clear career development pathways • Champion accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement • Partner with Product Design, Development, Customer Success, and Principal Product Managers on product direction and end-to-end delivery • Coordinate across pods to unblock work and manage dependencies and risks • Establish and evolve PM processes, tools, quality standards, and data-driven decision-making practices • Champion customer insights and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product strategies and prioritization • Oversee PM capacity and resource allocation across pods and initiatives • Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and team investment • Define and drive AI adoption across PM workflows, including discovery, research synthesis, writing, analysis, and roadmapping • Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools and workflows; set adoption goals and establish guardrails and enablement • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment • 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams of Product Managers at the Director level or above • Proven track record translating company strategy into product roadmaps, portfolio investments, and measurable business outcomes • Strong people leadership experience coaching Product Managers toward strategic product ownership • Experience building scalable career development frameworks and performance standards • Deep expertise in product operating models, roadmap planning, prioritization, product discovery, stakeholder alignment, and execution governance • Experience with Agile and pod-based organizations • Demonstrated experience driving AI adoption within product organizations • Experience implementing AI-powered workflows, tools, and best practices • Nice to have: experience in HR technology, learning technology, or enterprise software • Nice to have: experience scaling product organizations through rapid growth, transformation, or platform modernization • MBA or equivalent combination of business, technology, and leadership experience is nice to have • Must be legally eligible to work in the country applied to without sponsorship • Successful candidates must undergo pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check
