📋 Description

• Design and configure the Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk module for federal government clients • Gather and analyze client requirements and identify gaps between system capabilities and business objectives • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to demonstrate functionality and gather feedback • Perform fit-gap analysis and develop test conditions and scenarios • Create functional design documents for the development team • Map legacy fields to Oracle HCM Cloud for conversion • Execute unit testing to validate system configuration • Serve as liaison between clients and the development team • Provide support and insights during development • Triage test defects and provide timely resolutions • Support training activities for end users and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement • Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk, particularly in federal government environments • Familiarity with reviewing requirements, designing solutions, and drafting functional design documents for RICEFW • Hands-on experience with system configuration, test execution, and defect triage • Willingness to upskill and pursue certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
