• Generate and post physician schedules monthly using predetermined availability to maximize efficiency and meet or exceed target goals • Maintain real-time schedule changes • Assist with facility-specific physician panels during implementation based on state licensure and privileges • Create summaries of coverage progress and remaining deficiencies • Compile capacity and coverage needs by service line, physician group, or other criteria, including progress summaries • Conduct physician outreach to resolve capacity and coverage needs • Assist with shift changes, extensions, start/end-time changes, trades, and related scheduling updates • Compile reports from various data sources for leadership • Enter and manage physician availability and restrictions to support schedule building and management • Provide feedback to Sales, Client Engagement, and Practice Management on capacity for additional demand at state and facility levels • Perform other duties as assigned
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years in physician scheduling or workforce management related experience • Highly effective written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with emphasis on meeting key deliverables and dates • Detail-oriented • Ability to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general computer skills • Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, 100% remote, fast-paced organization • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
