📋 Description

• Develop software solutions that optimize business processes • Develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade applications, Infrastructure as Code, integrations, and automation frameworks • Collaborate with end users, project managers, IT team members, and developers to analyze business requirements and implement scalable software solutions and integrations, including AI and automation systems • Develop secure, high-performance applications and systems in containerized environments • Use CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions and modern frameworks such as Laravel and React • Develop and optimize scripts and utilities • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for complex application and system issues within internal SLAs • Participate in the full software development lifecycle according to SDLC standards • Conduct advanced testing and quality assurance • Maintain technical specifications and process workflow documentation • Follow coding, design, security, and development standards • Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures • Evaluate existing systems and recommend continuous improvements • Independently train new team members • Perform advanced role functions and provide coverage for senior department employees

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing production systems • PHP, SQL, JavaScript, REST and GraphQL APIs, jQuery, XML, CSS, and HTML5 • Git and collaborative workflows, including branching, code reviews, and pull requests • Laravel and React • Containerized environments, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release governance using tools such as GitHub Actions is considered an asset • Technical knowledge of AI and ML, including integrating AI capabilities and Large Language Models (LLMs), is considered an asset • Database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis • Commit to achieving ISC2 Secure Software Practitioner certification within the first year • Professional development environments and utilities such as VS Code and JetBrains IDEs, including compilers, debuggers, linters, formatters, and profiling tools • Working knowledge of networks, firewalls, hosting architectures, and infrastructure concepts • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-edit code and participate in code reviews • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and take initiative • Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain delivery focus • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Desire to research, learn, and stay current with emerging technologies
