🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field • at least 8 years of business development experience preferably in the defense industry • proven track record of winning complex, high value contracts • deep understanding of government contract processes • excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • strategic mindset with a hunter mentality and a passion for maritime innovation • U.S. Citizenship required • this position may require an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
