📋 Description

• Own a pipeline of partners across the beauty and barber ecosystem from first conversation to signed partnership • Leverage existing relationships with distributors, booth-rental chains, franchise groups, beauty schools, trade associations, and influencers • Structure co-marketing, rev-share, education content, affiliate, and embedded-distribution partnerships with Legal and Compliance • Activate partner sales teams, marketing channels, and education content to drive sign-ups, activation, and tip volume • Represent Acorns at industry trade shows, beauty conventions, and stylist community events • Maintain the partner tracker and report pipeline, outreach, and results to Acorns leadership • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to refine the pitch, onboarding flow, and QR code experience • Gather feedback from barbers, stylists, and partners to shape product evolution for the service industry

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling into or working within the salon, barbershop, or beauty industry • Real network of beauty-industry contacts that can be activated on day one • Track record of closing relationship-driven partnerships or sales with business owners, distributors, or franchise groups • Experience working independently and managing a pipeline and cadence across multiple partners • Comfort with fintech and product concepts; ability to learn and credibly pitch Acorns' product • Strong organizational skills for tracking pipeline, managing follow-ups, and reporting results • Willingness to travel regularly for partner meetings and industry events • Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset • E-Verify employment eligibility requirements for newly hired employees
