📋 Description

• Provide leadership and management to the Retail Service Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in the assigned geographic area, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, career development, conflict resolution, coaching, and support • Develop understanding of the company’s business model, client and customer expectations, and project work processes • Work in the field periodically to understand project requirements and provide backup support • Manage assigned project work to completion, on time, and with high-quality results • Review project schedules and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness • Assign project work and ensure appropriate support • Monitor progress, audit project work, answer questions, solve problems, resolve personnel issues, and adjust resources • Ensure delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment for assigned project work • Partner with store personnel and the team to achieve merchandising excellence, discuss schedules and changes, meet goals, and build effective working relationships • Alert management to unsafe acts or conditions to help prevent injuries • Report observations, issues, and business solutions to the Market Manager • Use web-based applications and company retail reports/reporting systems to manage project notifications, documentation, profiles, assignments, progress, mileage, expenses, time and attendance, and training activities • Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to project work and the merchandising team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent in industry name required • 2+ years of management and/or supervisory experience • Prior Sales agent, retail, customer service, or reset experience preferred • Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, decision making and leadership skills • Able to read and communicate effectively with others • Work effectively in web-based applications and email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required • Valid driver’s license and be able to drive in a car for extended periods of time • Operate a computer, paper cutter, copier, hammer, screwdriver, drill, case cutter, hand truck, and pallet jack • Climb and stand on a step stool or ladder
