📋 Description

• Sell CORE client products to distributors and operators, focusing on building long-term relationships • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of at least 15 Platinum Partners, calling on them every 60 days • Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week • Present at least 3 clients on each sales call • Use CRM to manage lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and provide insights to the team • Collaborate with marketing to create sales collateral and promotional materials • Provide customer service and support to distributors and operators • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about clients' offerings • Work with operations to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the distribution industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven approach • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel for business purposes, as required • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for sales and business development • High school graduate
